About Theymes
We started with games.
Now we're rewriting CX.
Theymes started in 2024 in Finland, built by three people who had spent years inside the gaming industry.
We had seen the same problem again and again. Player support was treated like an afterthought. Teams were expected to care for millions of players using tools built for enterprise IT workflows, not for the speed, emotion, scale, and complexity of live games.
So we built something different.
A support platform made for games from day one. One that understands player context, works inside the experience, helps teams resolve issues faster, and gives studios a clearer view of what their players are actually struggling with.
Studios noticed. Within two years, Theymes was supporting operations for some of the most recognized names in gaming. The impact was clear: faster response times, lower ticket volumes, better visibility into player issues, and support teams that could focus more on meaningful player care instead of repetitive manual work.
What surprised us was who started reaching out next.
Consumer app companies, SaaS teams, and subscription platforms were facing the same problems we had solved for games. Their user bases were growing. Repetitive tickets were piling up. Their support tools were creating more work instead of helping teams do better work.
That is where Theymes is today.
We are taking the foundation we built for gaming and bringing it to a broader market: AI that resolves real issues, in-app support that keeps users in the experience, and analytics that show what is breaking before the inbox fills up.
We are VC-backed, but still product-led and hands-on. We care deeply about the craft of support, the details of the experience, and building closely with our customers. The best support products are not built in isolation. They are shaped together with the teams who use them every day, and that is how we want to keep building Theymes.

Change the industry
We don't build generic tools and hope they fit. Every feature exists because a real team needed it to do their job better. The bar is specialized, not universal.
Partnership over transactions
Our best work happens when we build alongside our customers. Not just shipping features, but understanding the operations, the pressure, and the goals behind the request.
Be different, aim higher
We take pride in doing things our own way. We'd rather build something genuinely useful for a smaller audience than something mediocre for everyone.
Transparency by default
We publish every product update publicly. We share our roadmap with customers. If something breaks, we say so. Trust is earned through consistency, not marketing.
