AI answers are pre-ticket resolutions. Our AI assistant is a retrieval-augmented knowledge base that works alongside your tickets — every time it resolves a customer's question from your knowledge base before a ticket is created, that's one AI answer. Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance, and you can size up the package any time.

What are AI Agents?

AI Agents handle the conversation inside the ticket itself, going beyond a single answer to resolve multi-step issues. They're available on the Engagement and Enterprise plans. You can bring your own agent or model with 0% markup, or use a Theymes-managed agent billed as a monthly conversation package, and move to a custom arrangement when you need higher volume.

Can I bring my own AI model or agent?

Yes. Connect your own model or agent to handle in-ticket conversations and we add 0% markup — you only pay for the seats and AI answers in your plan. Prefer it managed? Choose a Theymes conversation package instead.

What happens if I run out of AI answers?

Nothing breaks. You're never cut off mid-month — we keep resolving and simply top up your package, or nudge you to the next size if it's cheaper for your volume. You stay in control of the spend, and we'll always flag it before it grows.

Can I add more seats?

Each plan comes with a set number of seats. If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher plan or contact us for a custom arrangement that fits your team size.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I try Theymes before committing?

Yes. We offer a guided onboarding experience where we help you set up Theymes and see results with your own data. No commitment required — get started and see the value for yourself.

What integrations are supported?
