Theymes is Now ISO/IEC 27001 Certified
We recently received ISO/IEC 27001 certification for our information security management system. Here's what it means for our customers, partners, and the way we build.

We recently received ISO/IEC 27001 certification for our information security management system at Theymes.
This is an important milestone for us. Not because a certificate alone defines how a company works, but because trust, security, and good internal practices matter a lot in the kind of work we do.
The certification scope covers the development, sales, support, and hosting of our AI-driven support CRM software. As Theymes becomes more deeply connected to customer-facing operations, knowledge, workflows, and end-user experiences, we want security to be part of the foundation we build on.
The certification process helped us review how we manage information security, risk, access, documentation, internal responsibilities, and continuous improvement. Much of this work happens quietly in the background, but it is important work. Especially when companies are adopting AI in areas where control, accuracy, and reliability matter.
For our customers and partners, this means our information security management system has been independently audited against the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. For us, it is also a reflection of how we want to keep building Theymes: carefully, responsibly, and with long-term trust in mind.
