September updates

SDK Previewer & Web widget

We have recently focused on previewing how changes impact the SDK, specifically in building troubleshooting flows and testing player journeys. Ensuring that data flows smoothly from A to B is crucial, and we wanted to simplify this process as much as possible. Now you can see a real-time preview of both the SDK and web widget. Changes made to troubleshooting flows, the Collector, or the knowledge base (including tags and fields) are easy and quick to test.

Web widget

Setting up a new support channel can now take less than a minute with our Web widget. The widget functions identically to our SDK, right down to the styling and functions. This means that everything stays instantly up-to-date across channels whenever updates are made.

Player flow & VIP

New options for managing when and how different player tiers receive support. This allows companies to prioritize their VIP players, ensuring they get help faster, or to prevent certain players from contacting support until they authenticate.

Our Collector element can adapt to these settings. For example, when collecting bug reports or feedback, you can choose to initiate conversations only with VIP players, while gathering bug reports and feedback from other players solely for later analysis and automated insights.

Collecting Attachments

Gathering information from players is essential for effective support and community management. Whether it’s for reporting bugs with screenshots or collecting transaction details, we’ve added support for attachments across multiple channels, including SDK and web.

GenAI search analytics across multiple channels

With GenAI assisting our users in a variety of scenarios, we’ve added real-time support to track search query matches. This feature provides valuable insights into what players are searching for and how well the responses align with their queries.

We have also updated our Knowledge base / Self-help articles to address the following scenarios: hiding articles from players while still training our assistant with the information. This allows for the creation of custom answers without utilizing the article content in its traditional form. Similarly, we’ve added an option to hide content from GenAI results, which is particularly useful in cases where there are game spoilers or other sensitive documents stored in the knowledge base.
